STUFFED FRENCH TOAST 
8 slices bread
2 (8 oz.) cr. cheese
1 doz. eggs
1/3 c. maple syrup
2 c. milk
1 tsp. nutmeg

Spray 9 x 13 pan with Pam, place the cubed bread in pan. Put the cubed cream cheese on top of bread. Put remaining bread cubes on top of cheese. Beat eggs with the maple syrup and the milk.

Beat in nutmeg. Pour egg mixture over bread and cr. cheese. Cover with plastic and refrigerate over night. Bake next day at 375 degrees until done. Serves 8.
