1/2 c. water
2 c. sugar
6 c. rhubarb, cut in 1 1/2 inch pieces

Boil water and sugar together for 6 minutes. Add rhubarb and bring to boil. Cover and remove from heat and cool. No stirring and the rhubarb remains whole.
