1 yellow cake mix
2 large can crushed pineapple, drained
3 packages of instant coconut or vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
4 c. milk
Cool Whip
Coconut

Mix cake according to package directions. Pour on a 17 inch cookie sheet. Put drained pineapple on top of cake. Mix pudding, cream cheese, and milk. Pour on top of pineapple.

Bake in 350°F oven until cake tester comes out clean (about 20 minutes). Cover with cool whip and coconut.
