SAUSAGE BALLS 
3 c. Bisquick
1 lb. hot pork sausage, raw
8 oz. pkg. Sharp Cheddar cheese

Saute sausage; drain off fat. Add shredded cheese and melt. Add Bisquick. Form into quarter size balls. Can be frozen. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees before serving. May take longer if frozen.
