FLUFFY EXTRA LONG GRAIN RICE 
1 cup long grain rice
4 cups water
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. vinegar

Place all items in a 2-quart saucepan and bring to a slow boil. Slow boil for 13 minutes. Stir a couple of times at the start to unstick rice from the bottom of the pot. After 13 minutes check to see if rice is tender.

Once tender, pour into screen wire strainer and rinse with cold water. Toss to separate and place in serving bowl.
