BROILED OYSTERS AND BACON 
1 pt. fresh shucked oysters
1 lemon
1/2 lb. bacon
Toothpicks

Sprinkle 1 pint fresh, shucked oysters with the juice of 1 lemon. Let set 1/2 hour.

Drain and pat dry oysters.

Wrap each oyster with 1/2 slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick.

Broil 8-10 minutes, turning once, until bacon is crisp.

Serve 'em hot. "Mmm".
