MOZZARELLA MARINARA 
16 oz. unsliced Mozzarella
3 beaten eggs
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2/3 c. seasoned bread crumbs
Pepper
1/4 tsp. basil
1 onion, diced
2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. oil (for cheese)

Cut cheese in pieces 2 1/2 inch square, 1/4 inch thick. Dip in egg then flour then egg again and finally bread crumbs. Deep fry cheese, drain. SAUCE: Saute onion and garlic in oil. Add tomatoes and spices. Simmer 30 minutes. Pour sauce on top of fried cheese.
