BEEF PIE 
1/2 of 8 oz. can (1/2 c.) tomato sauce
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. oregano

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pat mixture into bottom of greased 9 inch pie plate and pinch 1 inch flutings around edges.

FILLING:

1 1/3 c. Minute Rice
1 1/2 c. (8 oz. can) tomato sauce
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine rice, tomato sauce, salt, water and 1/4 cup cheese. Spoon mixture into crust. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle top with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered 10 to 20 minutes or until slightly brown.
