APPLE CHEESE CAKE 
1 (1 lb.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs

Beat together the above and pour into graham cracker crust.

Mix 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/4 cup sugar. Sprinkle on apples. Arrange in layers on top of cheese mixture. Top with 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted in oven. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes and then 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
