JIFFY BLACK WALNUT CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter, softened
2 c. flour, sifted
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 tsp. vanilla extract
5 lg. eggs
1 c. black walnut kernels

Put each ingredient into mixer bowl in the order given leaving the walnuts until the last 1 minute. Beat at high speed for 5 minutes. You do not need to chop the nuts - the mixer will do it for you. Pour into greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
