FROZEN FRUIT SALAD | |
1 can (1 lb. 14 oz.) fruit cocktail, drained 1 can (14 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained 2 c. mini marshmallows 16 maraschino cherries, halved 1/2 c. pecan halves, optional 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temp., cubed 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/3 c. sugar 1 slice unpeeled orange, quartered 2 c. Cool Whip Red food coloring, as desired Combine first 5 ingredients in bowl. Mix and chill. Blend next 4 ingredients in blender until smooth. Pour over fruits and stir. Fold in Cool Whip. Refrigerate. Garnish with cherries, Cool Whip, etc. Tint with food coloring. |
