LIME JELLO SALAD 
1 lg. box lime Jello
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 lg. (24 oz.) container cottage cheese

Mix Jello according to directions, except use all juice from pineapple as part of the cold water. Refrigerate until it starts to set. Add pineapple and cottage cheese, mix well and refrigerate. (One small container of Cool Whip can also be added, if desired.)
