1 (3 lb.) fryer, cut into serving pieces or use thighs, drumsticks & wings
Salt, pepper, garlic powder & onion powder to taste
1 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. dry sherry
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1 lb. fresh spinach
Chopped scallions
