SOUTHERN PECAN PIE 
3 eggs, separated
1 tsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 stick melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. light corn syrup
1 1/2 c. pecans
1 unbaked pie shell

Beat egg yolks and whites separately, then together. Add flour and sugar, then butter and vanilla. Add syrup and nuts; place in pie shell. Bake for 35 minutes at 300 degrees or until done. Be sure not to overcook.
