1 2/3 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. milk
1 (7 oz.) pkg. Baker's coconut
4 eggs

Mix all ingredients together and pour in pie plate. This pie does not have to have a pie shell. It makes its own crust. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
