MILLIE'S MEXICAN DISH | |
2 lb. ground beef 1 onion 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 can enchilada sauce 1 pkg. corn tortillas 1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated Brown ground beef and onion. Add soup and enchiladas sauce. Cook together until well mixed and hot. Take tortillas, cut in quarters or halves in large baking dish or casserole. Put layer of meat mixture, layer of tortillas and layer of cheese. Repeat and end with layer of meat sprinkled with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. |
