INDONESIAN COLE SLAW 
1/2 head cabbage, shredded (can mix red and green)
1/4 c. parsley, chopped
1/4 c. thinly sliced green onions
1/2 c. Spanish peanuts
10 oz. pkg. frozen peas, thawed
Optional, sliced carrots

DRESSING:

1/4 to 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 to 1 tsp. curry powder

Mix dressing and toss with salad. Serve and enjoy!
