PEANUT SLAW 
1 head green cabbage
1/4 to 1/2 head red cabbage
3 to 4 stalks celery, chopped
3 to 4 green onions, diced (green tops, too)
3/4 c. dry roasted peanuts
1 bottle Italian salad dressing (oil and vinegar type)

Chop green and red cabbage in small pieces. Add diced celery and green onions. Add peanuts. Add dressing. Put in refrigerator to marinate for at least overnight.
