APRICOT CAKE | |
1 c. cooking oil 2 c. sugar 3 eggs, well beaten 2 jars baby fruit - prunes & apricots 1 tsp. nutmeg 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. baking soda 2 c. flour 1 c. pecans Combine oil and sugar. Add eggs. Fold in all ingredients except flour and pecans. Mix well and fold in flour and pecans. Use a bundt or tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
