GORGONZOLA - NUT SALAD 
1/3 c. crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
1/4 c. olive oil
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. toasted pecan, walnut or filbert pieces
2 tomatoes, cut into eighths
1/2 c. fresh basil, chopped

Combine all ingredients and allow to marinate at least 1/2 hour. Serve over a bed of mixed greens.
