SAUERKRAUT SALAD 
1 (1 lb. 11 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped pimento

Mix well. Sprinkle over all 1 cup of sugar. Cover and chill for 24 hours. Mix well before serving. Serves 6. Serve in place of cole slaw.
