CUCUMBER RELISH 
1 peck green tomatoes
12 lg. peeled cucumbers, remove seeds
6 lg. onions
1 lg. head cabbage
12 red and green mangoes
1 c. salt
1/2 gal. vinegar
4 pt. sugar
2 tbsp. celery seed
2 tbsp. mustard seed
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 tbsp. cloves

Grind together the tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, cabbage and mangoes. Add the salt and leave stand overnight or 4 to 5 hours. Squeeze out well, and add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and boil 10 minutes. Seal in jars.
