WASSAIL 
1 1/2 c. sugar
12 cloves
1 tsp. ginger or allspice
1 1/2 c. tea
6 cinnamon sticks

Mix and bring to a boil. Strain. Add 2 quarts apple juice or cider, 3 cups orange juice, 1 cup lemon juice and 1 quart cranberry juice. When ready to serve, bring quickly to a boil. Makes 1 gallon.
