SAUSAGE BALLS 
1 c. toasted bread crumbs
2 lb. hot sausage
2 eggs

Mix and roll into balls.

Bake 20 minutes at 375°F.

Sauce:

1 can of leisure peas
1 c. onions
1 green pepper
1 jar of pimento
1 tbsp. water
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Bring to a boil and pour over 1/2 c. of vinegar; let cool. Add 1 tbsp of water, 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. pepper.
