CHERRY JELLO 
1 pkg. cherry Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
1 large can pineapple plus juice
1 can cherry pie filling

Topping:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 small carton sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Add pineapple, juice and pie filling. Let set. Prepare topping by mixing cream cheese and sour cream. Add sugar and nuts. Cover Jell-O mixture.

May also use strawberry Jell-O and strawberry pie filling or grape Jell-O and blueberry pie filling.
