BLACK CHERRY - SHERRY JELLO MOLD 
1 lg. box black cherry Jello
1 can Bing cherries, pitted, save juice
1 c. whipping cream
2 c. sherry

Dissolve gelatin with 2 cups sherry, 1 cup cherry juice and 1 cup water. When Jello is semi-firm, add cherries and fold in whipped cream. Pour mixture into a mold and chill until firm. This recipe will serve at least 10 to 12 people.
