MINI-MORSEL MERINGUE COOKIES 
4 large egg whites
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cream of tarter
1 cup sugar
2 cups chocolate mini-morsels

Preheat oven to 300°F.

Beat egg whites, salt and cream of tarter in small mixer bowl until soft peaks form. Gradually beat in sugar until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in chocolate morsels, 1/3 at a time. Drop by level tablespoon onto greased baking sheets.

Bake in 300°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until cookies are dry and crisp. Let stand for two minutes then put on wire racks to cool.

Note: Best if you taste one as soon as they come out just be careful and don't burn yourself!
