EASY TURKEY SAUSAGE 
1 1/2 lbs. fresh ground turkey
2 tbsp. onion, finely minced
2 cloves fresh garlic, pressed
1/2 tsp. dried sage
1/4 tsp. each dried marjoram and savory
1 rounded teaspoon fennel seeds
Vegetables, salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients together well in a medium bowl and let them stand in the refrigerator for several hours, to allow seasonings to permeate the meat. In a large non-stick skillet, coarsely crumble in turkey mixture and cook over a medium heat approximately 10 to 12 minutes, tossing occasionally. Serves 12.
