GREEN BEAN SALAD 
2 pkgs. frozen French style green beans
1 Bermuda onion, thinly sliced
1/2 c. Spanish olives
1/2 c. sliced black ripe olives
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1/4 c. olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste

Thaw beans. Add all ingredients to raw beans. Marinate in refrigerator overnight. Beans may be boiled slightly if desired. Also vinegar and oil may be adjusted to taste. To cut calories to almost nothing, eliminate olives and add 1/4 cup pimiento instead and substitute low calorie Italian dressing for vinegar and oil.
