SCRAMBLED EGG CASSEROLE 
1 doz. eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. soft bread cubes
1 c. milk
8 slices bacon, crisp
2 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, sliced thin

Soak cubes in milk and set aside. Cook bacon until crisp and crumble. Drain cubes and milk. Combine milk with eggs; add salt and pepper. Cook eggs in skillet with butter until soft, but not fully cooked. Add bread cubes and turn into a 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with seasoning salt; top with Swiss cheese; saute crumbs in butter and add bacon and sprinkle on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
