PICKLED OKRA 
2 c. vinegar
1 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. red pepper
1 tbsp. mustard seeds
2 tsp. salt

Bring to boil with okra. Boil for 10 minutes. Put in jars with liquid. Amount of okra is not listed, just use whatever amount you have, but be sure that it is very small and tender okra.
