EASY STRUDEL 
2 c. flour
1/2 lb. butter
3 egg yolks
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 peeled and diced apples

Cut butter into flour as for pie dough. Add egg yolks, vinegar and water; mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 3 hours). Divide dough into 3 parts and work with one at a time. Roll out on floured cloth to fit 10 1/2 x 15 1/2 inch cookie sheet. Sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon flour, 3 tablespoons sugar and 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon. Arrange 3 peeled and diced apples along edge of long side and roll up, guiding with the cloth grasped in each hand. Place on ungreased pan and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar. Makes 3 strudels.
