MULLIGAN STEW | |
1 lb. hamburger 3 carrots, sliced 3 potatoes, cut in 4 pieces 2 onions, cut in 4 pieces 1 tsp. salt Pepper to taste 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup 2 soup cans water Brown hamburger over medium heat. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and continue cooking slowly, about 45 minutes or until vegetables are done. If there is not enough liquid add more water during the cooking. |
