ORANGE JELLO DESSERT 
BOTTOM:

1 (6 oz.) orange Jello
1 can crushed pineapple (drain & save juice)

CENTER:

1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese

TOP:

1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. water
3 egg yolks
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. clear jell dissolved with 1/4 c. water

Mix Jello according to instructions on box. Stir pineapples into Jello. Put Jello into serving bowl (glass bowl shows layers). Refrigerate until firm. Put pineapple juice, water, egg yolks and sugar into blender; blend well. Put into saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir in clear jell liquid, continue stirring until thickens. Cool.

Beat Cool Whip and cream cheese together until fluffy and smooth. Spread on hardened Jello refrigerate 1 hour, spread cooled pineapple juice on top. Refrigerate.
