EGG AND SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. pork sausage
18 eggs
2 c. milk
3 c. shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. garlic and onion croutons

Cook and stir sausage until light brown and drain. Place sausage in a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Beat eggs, milk and salt, stir in cheese and pour over sausage. Top with flavored croutons. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees 45 to 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
