4 c. dry cottage cheese
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tbps. butter
1 tbsp. salt
1 c. sweet cream

Put all ingredients in top of double boiler and cook. Remove from heat, add 1 cup caraway seeds, if desired. Place and serve with crackers.
