CHOCOLATE & CREAM CHEESE CRUNCH 
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. soft cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk
1 sweet chocolate Hershey bar

Mix butter, flour and chopped nuts and press into a 13"x9" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool completely.

Cream the cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread over first layer.

Mix pudding mixes and milk and add this over cream cheese mixture. Spread remaining Cool Whip over pudding. Grate the chocolate bar over top.
