HAM AND COOKING HAM 
1/2 lb. of cooking ham
1/2 lb. of sausage
1 lg. potato
1 lg. carrot
3 ears of corn
1 onion
1/2 green pepper
1/2 can of tomato sauce
1 tbsp. of adobo
1 tsp. of sofrito
1/2 pkg. of fidos

Cut up ham and sausage. Place in quart of water and boil for 1/2 hour. Cut up onions and pepper. Boil for 10 minutes. Next add adobo, salt, sofrito, and boil for 10 minutes. Add potato, corn, carrots, fidos and let simmer for 20 minutes until potatoes and carrots are soft. Let cool and serve.
