CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI WITH RICE 
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
4 chicken breasts, cut into 1/2" strips
1/2 can milk
1 pkg. thawed frozen broccoli cuts
2 c. steamed rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. mustard

Saute chicken strips in hot oil until tender. Stir in soup, milk, mustard, cheese and broccoli cuts. Bring to a full boil and then simmer for 3 minutes. Spoon over steamed rice.
