BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. Minute Rice
1/4 c. butter
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped

Thaw frozen broccoli and mix with all remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees in 9 x 13-inch pan for 45 minutes.
