VERA'S SALSA 
1 can S & W peeled sliced tomatoes
1 can chopped chilies (green)
1 whole lg. red onion, chopped
Dash to 1/4 c. of wine vinegar
Dash to 1/4 c. of peanut oil
Add to taste 1 tsp. each of garlic salt, parsley flakes and SPIKE (a seasoning mix)

Stir together and keep covered in refrigerator. Serve over burgers, steak, etc.
