HAM AND CHEESE STRATA 
12 slices thin square white bread
16 slices Swiss cheese
16 slices boiled ham
1 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
3 c. milk
6 eggs
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. onion salt
3 c. corn flakes
1/4 c. butter

Grease a 3-quart glass Pyrex dish, approximately 8x13 inches. Make 2 layers as follows: 6 slices bread, 8 slices Swiss cheese, 8 slices ham, 1/2 pound grated cheese. Repeat above layer.

Beat eggs with milk and seasonings. Pour over dish. Cover with aluminum foil. Leave in refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.

Before it is ready to bake, crush 3 cups of corn flakes and spread over dish. Drizzle with 1/4 cup melted butter. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for approximately 55 minutes.

NOTE: This is a great dish for breakfast or brunch for company!
