NIGHT - BEFORE BREAKFAST | |
7 slices bread 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese 6 eggs 3 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. dry mustard 3 strips bacon Night before: Crumble bread in bowl and mix in cheese. Spread this in a greased 7 1/2 x 12 inch baking pan. Beat eggs and milk together. Stir in salt, pepper and mustard. Pour over bread mixture. Cut bacon in half and arrange on top. Cover dish and refrigerate overnight. Next morning: Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes. |
