BARBECUED SHRIMP 
5 lbs. shrimp in shells
1/2 of 5 oz. bottle of soy sauce
1 lb. butter
2 tbsp. cracked pepper
1/4 c. lemon juice
4 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. dried parsley
2 tbsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. oregano

Wash shrimp well. Drain and dry thoroughly. Combine all remaining ingredients. Heat until butter is melted. Bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let marinate 1 hour before serving. Serve with sauce, hard French bread to dunk in sauce.
