TO MAKE SELF - RISING FLOUR 
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder and 1/2 tsp. salt

Or for 1 pound flour (self-rising) : 2 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. baking powder

Mix all together. Store in tightly covered can or jar. Use in any recipe calling for self-rising flour.
