WILD RICE TURKEY CASSEROLE 
2 (4 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
Salt and pepper to taste
3 c. diced cooked turkey
1/2 c. sliced toasted almonds
3 c. canned chicken broth
1 1/4 c. heavy cream

Cook rice according to directions. Saute' mushrooms and onions in butter mix with remaining ingredients. Turn into a greased 2 quart casserole. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes at 300 degrees.
