MY FAVORITE MACARONI AND CHEESE 
2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. butter
2 c. milk
8 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (2 c.)
Wheat germ

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Melt butter in saucepan, add flour and mix until smooth. Add milk, heat over medium flame until hot. Add cheese, continue to heat until all cheese melts and sauce thickens. Put cooked macaroni in a Pyrex dish, add cheese sauce, mix well. Sprinkle wheat germ on top of macaroni and put under broiler until browned.
