SOUR CREAM BISCUITS 
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Mix 2 cups Bisquick baking mix and 1 cup dairy sour cream until soft dough forms. Turn onto cloth-covered board well dusted with baking mix. Gently roll in baking mix to coat; shape into a ball. Knead 5 times. Roll or pat 1/2 inch thick. Cut with 1 3/4 inch biscuit cutter dipped in baking mix. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet until golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes. About 2 dozen biscuits.

Do-ahead Tip: Before baking, biscuits can be covered and refrigerated up to 2 hours.
