VEGETABLES ITALIANO 
1 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
2/3 c. mayonnaise
6 c. assorted vegetables such as broccoli, carrot slices, cauliflower, sm. mushrooms, green pepper strips, zucchini or squash

In a plastic food bag combine crumbs and Parmesan cheese and shake to blend well. In another bag, combine mayonnaise and vegetables and shake to coat well. Add mayonnaise-coated vegetables, half at a time, to crumb mixture and shake well to coat. Arrange in a single layer on an ungreased cookie sheet so that pieces do not touch. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden.
