EGG DISH 
2 c. shredded cheese
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. half & half
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. prepared mustard
15 eggs, slightly beaten

Spread cheese in buttered 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Dot with butter. Combine half & half, salt, pepper and mustard. Pour 1/2 mixture over cheese. Pour eggs in over cheese and add remaining half & half. Bake at 325 degrees until eggs are set.
